Site manager (m/f/d) for clinical medical technology equipment
TASKS
- Independent construction management of clinic and healthcare projects
- Coordination and monitoring of construction processes on site (Germany/Austria)
- Management of subcontractors, specialist planners and trades
- Ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs and quality standards
- Support with tendering and awarding
- Close cooperation with project management and the planning team
- Documentation of construction progress and regular reporting
QUALIFICATION
- Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, electrical engineering or comparable qualification, medical and health technology management (B.A.), hospital operating technology engineer, state-certified clean room, medical or laboratory technology technician
- Several years of professional experience in construction management - ideally in hospital, laboratory or clinic construction. Laboratory or clinic construction
- Ability to work under pressure, ability to work in a team, enjoy intercultural cooperation and willingness to travel
- Analytical skills, organisational strength, flexibility and industry knowledge
- Routine use of MS Office applications and MS Project
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Car driving licence
