We are currently looking for a Project Manager in the field of medical technology planning for our nationwide planning office based in Munich.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Site manager (m\/f\/d) for clinical medical technology equipment<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>TASKS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Independent construction management of clinic and healthcare projects<\/li>\n<li>Coordination and monitoring of construction processes on site (Germany\/Austria)<\/li>\n<li>Management of subcontractors, specialist planners and trades<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs and quality standards<\/li>\n<li>Support with tendering and awarding<\/li>\n<li>Close cooperation with project management and the planning team<\/li>\n<li>Documentation of construction progress and regular reporting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, electrical engineering or comparable qualification, medical and health technology management (B.A.), hospital operating technology engineer, state-certified clean room, medical or laboratory technology technician<\/li>\n<li>Several years of professional experience in construction management - ideally in hospital, laboratory or clinic construction.
